Pastor Schultze was born in Hamburg, Germany and was converted at age age 16, he worked for three years as a machinist apprentice in Hamburg Germany. He came to the USA on July 19, 1955.

Rev. Schultze acquired a BS degree from the University of Wisconsin and worked for the Communicable Disease Center of the United States Public Health Service for the next three years in Michigan and Alaska. Following this work he obtained a Master's Degree from Asbury Theological Seminary.

Pastor Schultze has served the Kokomo Christian Fellowship for the last 23 years. He is happily married, the father of four children, two of which are in full time ministry.
